A simpler, potentially more portable solution would be to use MSI Afterburner, IF it supports your hardware and you're ok with the slightly fewer sensors it provides. With a little bit of effort, MSI Afterburner / Riva Tuner Statistics Server can be used to also show such data in a skin-like design in games, obviously independent of Rainmeter, see the first screenshot here:
